Faithful Shepherd started as a new church development in west Omaha in 1986. After worshiping in several rental spaces, we moved into our sanctuary in September of 1995. Four years later, our Family Life Center, new offices, and eight classrooms were completed.
It is exciting to talk to members who have been around since the new church's beginnings. Many can recount the frustrations associated with several moves and constant change. But, God remained faithful to the congregation and members strive to continue that love relationship which began many years ago.
While we no longer consider ourselves a new church development, we do look forward to the new things God will ask of us. Shaped by our history and guided by the Spirit, we invite you to join in the history that will influence future generations.
